The narration is spoken in rhyme, and it is memorable and catchy. It paints a nightmarish picture of the modern diet, which lacks fibre. “Give me fibre, give me fibre” is the repeated call for help, and the fibre “will lighten your load”, so that you can start the day running as if in ballet shoes.

Artwork from this film is shown in The Animation Show at the Neal Street Gallery in Covent Garden in 1981, and in an exhibition of animation artwork at the British Academy of Film and Television Arts in London in 1983.
