Commercials

Marjut has directed and animated television commercials in Finland and the UK since 1971, over thirty years of work across more than eighty productions. She is widely recognised as the most internationally awarded Finnish animator working in advertising.

Other commercials

I worked on the production in London and the Finnish production company had a director named usually by their client. … Sometimes the design came from the advertizing agency, often I was able to do the design myself, but certainly the treatment how to use animation, I was always heavily involved. All in all, team work was important and sometimes is hard to say who had the creative spark.
