Drawn animation all the way through, including the television, which is a cabinet with a wooden surround drawn in flat colour and heavy black line. A magician in top hat, tails and a red-lined cape stands inside the cabinet and lifts the screen out like a lid, then conjures programmes into it, a jungle waterfall with a rainbow under the super CTI-väriterävöinti, a dog with its head back howling, a woman drawn in the manner of a 1940s film poster. The idea can only be done in animation: the picture is supposed to be so good that the frame stops holding it, so birds fly out of the screen and past the outside of the cabinet, the magician leans in from the world and takes the woman's face in his hands, and the last drawn shot has the pair kissing inside the set in a burst of white rays with one gloved hand still hanging over the edge of the frame. The price line for the 24 inch set, alk. 4.495,-, sits across the bottom while this happens, and the feature supers come and go over the conjured pictures. The photographed television turns up only at the end on a blue field with the Finlux logo, the Finnish flag and the Lohja mark, so the real product lands as the payoff to a joke made entirely by drawing.
