A series of three films was made with the devil character and live action. The two techniques were combined with a video mixer: at last the cumbersome aerial-image method was left behind.

A drawn red devil with horns stands on the front seat of a moving car, road ahead. The devil sprawls across the dashboard and wheel while the driver’s hand grips the rim. Crouched low, the devil points through the windscreen at a pale saloon car on the road. Close beside the rear-view mirror, the grinning devil; part of the driver’s face shows in the glass. White card: a red heart inside a steering wheel above NESTE POLIISI LIIKENNETURVA AUTOLIITTO. Dumped on the gravel verge by a white road line, the devil sticks out a thumb. A snarling red cartoon devil with clenched fists over a queue of grey cars. A jam of cars and estates fills a wide grey junction. The red devil dances on a car bonnet in front of a white van. A driver at the wheel with glowing yellow eyes in a misty cabin. The red devil sprawls across a car roof with a train carriage passing behind. A rear-view mirror reflects a car's blazing yellow headlights on a snowy road. A red cartoon devil spreads both hands wide across the car's dashboard. The red devil grins beside the yellow-eyed driver at the steering wheel. The red devil beside the door glass, arm raised, winter road outside. A man's face in the car, flat grey-green and nearly colourless. A wing mirror reflects a small child sitting in the back seat. A wing mirror shows a car on the road behind, forest at the edge. A small red devil stands on the dashboard beside the driver at the wheel. A young child's face in close-up beside the edge of a board. Heard in the film: “Hei, katoppas sivulle. Joku meinaa ohittaa, ja tällaisessa paikassa. Tommoinen reppana, älä päästä sitä. Paina kaasua. No, paina, paina. Noin, noin, ha-ha, siitä sai! Ei täällä ohitella ihan missä vaan! Hei, se taas yrittää! Annoitko sä sen mennä? Katso nyt! Se vielä härnää sua! Paina ohi! Näytä sille pässille, kellä täällä on sarvet! Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha! Ja-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha! Teitten ritari ajaa salamatkustajan tiehensä. Kumpi sinun autoasi ohjaa?”
