Valion maito, neljä ystävää
Valio / MY & Grey / Vistakuva
Cows walk out of the pack. A red kulutusmaito carton tips into a painted green field and two cows tumble out of the print on its face, drawn in a fast wobbling outline with black blot patches and a few red strokes for the udder, so that pack artwork and character are the same drawing. More cartons arrive one at a time, dark blue kevytmaito, bright blue ykkösmaito, pale rasvaton, each delivering its own cow, until the whole range stands in a row across the field with the cows lined up in front of it like a chorus and one more cavorting in the grass, legs flat out and tail up. That solves the problem every milk commercial has, because the line-up of four packs, which is the dull thing the client needs, is also the funniest shot in the film. The grass is scribbled in loose blue and green strokes along the bottom of frame and the sky is a soft airbrushed blue, so the flat printed packs sit inside painted scenery without ever pretending to be photographed. It closes on a surface of milk with Tuoreena joka päivä [fresh every day] in green script above the Valio pinwheel.
